I NEED MINIONS

I've decided I'm going to re-vamp and start up my old werewolf site again, but I need a solid staff team if I'm going to do it. Right now I need pretty much everything, general staff to help keep things running smoothly around the site and a few coders/graphics mods wouldn't hurt although I know how to do that stuff myself. It's going to be a Roman Empire era setting with real werewolves - men and women who undergo a torturous transformation and turn into slavering, vicious beasts. None of that sissy wolf shifter twitard shit. Think Underworld/Van Helsing/Dog Soldiers.

So for those interested, here's what I'm looking for in a staffer:

- Consistency. I need people who are going to be around to help. Obviously we all have lives so I don't expect you to be around all the time, but I do need people who can pop in every few days or so and hang around to help members.

- Even Tempers. No one likes being on a site with staff members who tear heads off over slight offences.

- Relaxed. Again, no one likes being on a sight with snarky/arrogant staffers. I want my team to make everyone feel right at home.

- Nonjudgmental. I don't think I really need to mention this with this group, cause y'all are all awesome and accepting.

like i told ya before, i'm here if you'd have me~ i can't say i'm on every day but i am at least every other day, so i'm pretty active! and as far as relaxed/tempered, i'd do everything to stop people like that, it's just annoying and rude T.T but myeah, again, if you'd have me i'd love to help (:

I've been a little out of it lately from some personal issues, but I am really pumped for a site like this lol. Even if you don't want me as a staffer I'm still excited in the rp but anywho as for experience I've been a staff and an admin before, I've got the graphics and the coding, and I'd love to help in anything you need and if you need it ^^

and V, I would SO love to have a graphics mod on staff. Although you're just going to make me jealous of your beast coding skills XDDD but yeah having you on board to help with skins/codes and what not would be amazing <333.

I'd be fully willing! I'm good with helping type up plots, I can do... like no graphics xD I can code a bit (I'm just a little bit greater than an amateur).
Plus I have had lots of staff experience.

When I was in the fourth grade (9 years old), I had the experience of being a Deputy in a Warriors guild. This means I was second-in-command. For many years after that, I ran or was second-in-command in a variety of guilds with this friend.
When I finally moved to Proboards, I was offered multiple staff positions. I took one of those, 'till the Proboards died. I found Brokentruths, was a loyal member for three (nearly four) years, and now am a board moderator.
I've seen LOTS of examples of staff and have a pretty good idea of how I should behave.

my coding skills are pretty sub par when it comes to proboards XD I hate their coding lol. I can make some fancy tables & shit but that's about it rofl. And sure I can't promise any dates on art because for the next two weeks I am packed into a full schedule, but I will definitely try my hardest to get anything you need done in a timely manner :3
