THE GUARDS/SECURITY/GATEKEEPERS

Some of these pictures are weird and chosen quickly, but here's what my general idea of the guards / gate keepers look like! Pictures gathered from tumblr, simply here for visual reference!

HEAVEN : GUARDIAN OWLS
Image :: (this picture is really weird, but it's good enough) These giant owl humanoids stand at heavens gate. They'll take one look at you and know whether you can enter the realms of Heaven or not. They do not speak a word, but will look you directly in the eye. Their heads follow your every move as you walk in through the gates, they will never let you out

PURGATORY: POST SECURITY
Image :: (ignore the swirly pattern on pelt) Giant deer, towering around the post to accept your fate of Heaven or Hell. Even as dangerous as the decision to not accept you fate is, they don't care if you accept death/insanity of Purgatory. They tend to have ignored expression under those skull masks, as if they have something better to do.

HELL : GATEKEEPERS; HELL HOUNDS
Image :: Large canine creatures that actually look like lava or some sort of scolding hot form is their life form, are the gatekeepers of hell. They won't let anyone out of Hell, as that is their job. However it'll only make their smirk grow wider if one should venture into their realms on accident. These canines are more sociable to the creatures of hell and like to mess around with your characters.
